*ELITE members can request a complimentary courtesy clipper if a TRM tool needs to be returned due to a fault or issue that isn’t caused by member damage. Your courtesy clipper keeps you working while your tool is being assessed, repaired or replaced.

Here’s what happens when you join.

Your TRM Membership Card & Welcome Pack will arrive first, giving you everything you need to get started.

Your selected tools will then be sourced, checked and prepared by TRM before being dispatched directly to you.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your setup is on its way.

Please allow 5–7 working days for your first TRM tool delivery.

Your 120-day tool cycle only begins once your tools have been delivered.
